OUTSTANDING CARVED WALNUT VICTORIAN CENTER TABLE. Turtle top with lavishly carved large women’s heads at corners with garland of flower below. Outside scrolled legs on castor feet are supported by a pierced leaf carved cross stretcher. Central hub holds 12″ seated cherub with mandolin. Fully carved apron has grape and leaf clusters at front and back. Sides have carved flowers. All on a cross hatched background. SIZE: 29″ h x 47″ w x 34″ d. CONDITION: Some restoration, generally in good condition with some carving with chips and/or missing. 9-94057 (5,000-8,000)
