EXCITING HOLIDAY DECORATIONS LOT. Early German decorations include a very nice Dresden pressed-paper ornament depicting standing pig, a boxed set of six wood and composition sheep with white cotton covering. Halloween includes pressed-composition paper pumpkin with original paper insert. Older Japanese Christmas items include celluloid-faced Santa in stocking ornament, two different sitting celluloid-faced, felt Santa’s, two different composition-faced standing Santa’s. Other Japanese decorations include large set of celluloid Santa in sleigh with reindeer, and a very nice celluloid-faced, early Santa in wooden sleigh with ten celluloid reindeer, Czechoslovakian small glitter-over-cardboard village set. Lot includes other small ornaments not listed here. SIZE: Pumpkin measures 5-1/2″ t; tallest standing Santa is 5-1/2″ CONDITION: Lot averages good to very good with no apparent dimples in any celluloid pieces.
