TWO EARLY AMERICAN DECORATED BRASS BED WARMERS WITH TURNED HANDLES. First quarter 19th century. The tapered cylindrical handles with baluster-turned grips joined to the round warming pan with hinged conforming lid, the first of scrolling floral design the second decorated with scrolled urns centering a rondel with sunburst. SIZE: Length of largest 44″. CONDITION: Handles intact, with original surface,the pans showing normal and acceptable wear,hinges intact, one pan bottom with extensive old repair. 9-90955 (250-400)
