EARLY PIPE TOMAHAWK. 8-3/8” iron head with 2-3/4” blade is hand forged with no decoration other than forged features. The 20-1/2” heavy pipe stem is a replacement and has both paper and leather shims. The head is currently beyond the smoke hole in the haft. CONDITION: Appears to be excavated with a black overall patina and very heavy pitting. The haft is fine. 4-50134 X54 (2,500-3,500)
