BUDDY L OVERHEAD CRANE. Very hard toy to find, part of the construction toys that Buddy L made in the 20/30s. The toy works by a pulley system which moves the crane from side to side and a winding mechanism that raises and lowers the bucket. The crane frame is painted in red and black. “Buddy L Quality Toys” is hand-stamped on each end. SIZE: 43″ l x 24″ h. CONDITION: Very good, minor paint loss and discoloration to red parts of the toy. String is probably replaced. Toy also needs a good cleaning. Overall an above average condition toy. 1-11081 (2,500-3,000)
