THEODORE ROBINSON (American/French 1852-1896) “GIVERNEY FRANCE 1891”. Gouache on paper landscape scene shows a park bench with a man’s coat, hat and cane at one end. The bench is under a large tree near a dirt path. Signed lower left “Th. Robinson 1889″. Housed in a fine carved gilt frame with gilt liner, white matte and inner gilt edge. SIZE: Sight: 7-1/2″ x 11-1/2”. PROVENANCE: Private Sacramento, Ca. Collection through auction to consignor. CONDITION: Very good. 9-27133 (4,000-6,000)
