UNSIGNED (European, Early 19th Century) HEAVENLY CHERUBS. Old Master style oil on canvas in square stretcher has oval painting of two cherubs with other cherub heads peaking from center of clouds. Sunlit sky background. Staff with ribbon having “Ecce. A 8 del” or if reversed 1808. Housed in a gesso decorated gold frame. SIZE: 21-3/4” x 18-1/2”. CONDITION: Some old canvas repairs, some unrepaired chips and breaks in canvas. Good. 9-95153 (750-1,250)
