JO CANTINE (American, 1893-1987) PORTRAIT OF A YOUNG MAN IN A LINCOLN ROCKER. The large oil on canvas half size portrait shows a young man dressed in riding clothes seated sideways in an antique Lincoln rocker. The interior of the room shows a door, two chairs and a window sill with pot. This is thought to be the artist’s grandson. Signed bottom right “Jo Cantine 1934″. Housed in a painted wood frame.
