JOSEPH ISSAC (Hungarian, 20th Century) CANDLE VIGIL. Acrylic on masonite scene shows two women, one with head wrap, other with long brown hair, stand in front of two lit candles. Green background. Signed lower right “Issac”. Housed in a molded wood decorated frame. Joseph Issac was featured in Time Magazine in 1969 and referred to as one of Budapest’s famous artist’s. SIZE: 24” x 20”.
