LOT OF 2 GERMAN BISQUE HEAD DOLLS. 1) 19-1/2” (49 cm), Simon and Halbig “Santa” with head incised “S&H 1249 DEP Germany9”. With blue glass sleep eyes, smiling expression with 4 upper teeth on original body with original finish. The doll wears an antique blonde hair wig and antique brown leather boots. She has been redressed in a 1-piece skirt and blouse sewn together, made of newer fabric. CONDITION: Head good. Missing one finger on left hand. 2) Kammer and Reinhardt character baby with head incised “K*R Simon and Halbig 126 36”. The doll has brown glass sleep eyes with eye lock mechanism, open mouth with 2 upper teeth and separate trembled tongue (dislodged). On original 5-piece bent limb body. Dressed and wearing an synthetic wig. CONDITION: Minor cheek scratches on right cheek. Finish slightly worn on body. Missing tips of 2 fingers. 1-4963 RS (550-750)
