HESS TIN WINDUP FLOTILLA BOAT SET WITH ORIGINAL BOX. German boxed set including a large clockwork polychrome Dreadnought battleship with guns mounted to bow and stern, smokestacks, air vents, etc. accompanied by five smaller boats in various colors that connect by wires to the lead boat. Accompanied by its original box with paper label showing the fleet in action and paper bag with wire supports showing the variety of ways to set up the fleet. One of the most complete sets we’ve seen. SIZE: Largest boat measures 8″ l with secondary boats measuring 5″ l. CONDITION: Toy is in excellent plus condition with very strong, vibrant colors with only very minor discoloration to secondary boats. Toy appears to be unplayed with. Box is in good condition, missing two side flaps with other two flaps taped in place and some minor crinkling to one corner. 1-11120 (3,200-3,500)
