CONNECTICUT QUEEN ANNE FIGURED WALNUT CANDLE STAND. Mid 18th Century. Circular top with chamfered edges joined to the ring and baluster turned shaft raised on arched cabriole legs terminating in slipper feet. SIZE: 25-3/4″ h x 14-3/4″ dia. CONDITION: Retains old cleaned surfaces with nice colored patina, no visible repairs or restoration. There is an old dowel running through center of top into the shaft and in my opinion it has probably been there since the table was originally built or a very early repair to stabilize a repair. 9-91475 (500-750)
