PAIR FINE EARLY CHINESE EXPORT OCTAGONAL DISHES. Circa 1800. Each octagonal plate with deep indigo ribbon tied borders having a central rondel decorated with a floral spray. SIZE: 6″ dia. PROVENANCE: Ex-Eleanor Gordon, PA. CONDITION: One dish with repaired break on rim edge measuring approximately 1/2″ x 1/4″. Otherwise very good overall, all enameling, paint and edges intact. 9-91419 (400-600)
