* JAPANESE PATTERN 14 NAMBU PISTOL. Cal. 8 mm Nambu. Small-guard Nambu with 4-1/2” tapered round bbl, fixed sights, coarse serrated wood grip panels and a blue-bodied magazine with an aluminum base, numbered to another pistol. The right rear side of the frame has Japanese characters and the serial number with the date “12.7” below. SN 33407. CONDITION: Extremely fine, all matching except the magazine as described above, and the firing pin, which is unnumbered. Retains 97-98% strong, bright original blue with fine surface discoloration on the front and back straps and lower rear part of the frame. It retains about all of its original straw colors. It has a couple of minor pinpoints of rust on bbl. Bright shiny bore. 4-49500 JR427 (300-500)
