LARGE JUMEAU CHILD DOLL. Head is incised “1907 14″ and has lovely blue gray paperweight eyes, open mouth with six upper teeth, well painted eyelashes and eyebrows and has pierced ears with a dimple on her chin. She is on her original fully jointed French wood and composition body which is unmarked; body finish appears to be original. She wears a replacement brown human hair wig over antique hard composition pate and has been appropriately redressed in a cream silk and antique lace dress. SIZE: 29-1/2” (75cm). CONDITION: Faint hairline crack to left backside of head as well as some typical paint wear at joints. 1-10646 (1,000-1,500)
