PLAINS INDIAN MOCCASINS. Last quarter of the 19th Century. Yellow painted Native tanned uppers with hard soles. Parallel lines of red and white quill work decorated most of vamp with blue and white sinew sewn bead work around the edge. SIZE: 9″ l. PROVENANCE: Private Western Collection. CONDITION: Quill work mostly missing, hide slightly stiff, bead work is very good. 9-91757-7 (300-400)
