14″ WOOD BODIED BRU FASHION. Highly sought after Bru Fashion with the “Mona Lisa” smile. This particular Bebe is on an articulated wooden body (waist does not swivel). She has exceptional bisque, typical Bru paperweight eyes, and fine detailing to eyelashes and eyebrows. At the crown on rear of head is incised with the letter “D”. The letter may be present on the shoulder plate but kid is not fully inspected. Doll is dressed in an antique, perhaps original French Fashion outfit and she appears to have her original French human hair wig. SIZE: 14″. CONDITION: Small firing line at base of neck along seam line, normal wear to wooden body with repair to left elbow otherwise overall very fine plus. 1-10895 (4,500-6,500)
