Very unusual late rifle with 20″ round bbl, full magazine, I-checkered forearm and straight stock with checkered carbine-style flat buttplate. Special sights with a Williams receiver peep sight. The floorplate is gold inlaid in block letters “J.T. BOONE.” SN 1079126 CONDITION: Very good, plus. Retains 95-97% strong bright orig. blue overall with light flaking on the receiver. The forearm has a hairline crack and some gun rack scrapes, otherwise the wood is sound and retains 95-96% bright orig. varnish. Bright shiny bore. 4-44552 JL31 (800-1,500)
