ENGLISH TOWER CONVERSION PISTOL. CAL. about 75. Converted from orig. flintlock with replacement percussion bbl having usual English proofs. Lock plate marked “TOWER” vertically behind hammer and has a crown before the hammer. Brass mounted with 1-pc stock having an angular grip that has been shortened, with brass butt cap. CONDITION: As noted, with splices and repairs to foreend, replacement ramrod, missing a trigger guard screw, cracks around the sideplate with most of an old refinish on wood.
