COLT 1851 NAVY PERCUSSION REVOLVER. CAL. 36. Usual configuration with 7-1/2″ oct. bbl, 1-line NY address with 1-pc walnut grips. Trigger guard and back strap are apparently changed as their numbers have been removed. SN 106802 CONDITION: Fair to good with the aforementioned changed trigger guard and back strap. The iron retains a silver-gray patina with light surface pitting. Frame, bbl assembly, cylinder, rammer and wedge are all matching. Cylinder retains 15-20% visible scene, grips have replaced chips at the frame. Strong bore with moderate pitting. 4-45485 JL339 (700-1,200)
