RARE 1920 REMINGTON ADVERTISING POSTER FOR THE MODEL 12 RIFLE. Colorful poster by R.G. Herbert, copyrighted 1920, 26-1/4″ x 20″ with bands at the top and bottom with the image of Boy Scouts and other young men being instructed at rifle practice using pump rifles with the advertisement for the Model 12C NRA target grade rifle on the bottom with images of the Boy Scout marksmanship merit badge and the NRA Junior Marksman medal. The lower right corner has an informational panel advertising safety, the NRA and Boy Scouts. CONDITION: Fine to excellent with the image sharp and clear, the colors crisp and bright with only three small tears, some minor water staining at the bottom, not effecting the image, and the white border slightly yellowed.
