HOPKINS AND ALLEN ADVERTISING PRINT. Trimmed calendar top, 19″ x 14-1/4″ of a turn of the century lady and her gentleman hunter escort in a small rowboat duck hunting in a marsh scene. The lady is dressed in turn of the century sporting clothing holding a dbl. bbl shotgun with a box of shells on the seat behind her and three ducks on the transom in front of her. The bow of the boat bears the Hopkins & Allen Arms Co. advertising. Dry mounted and framed in light oak wood. CONDITION: Fair to good, trimmed as noted with some losses at the edges and on the gentleman’s paddle with some foxing over the top 1/3 of the print. The colors are lightly faded but still bright and the main image sharp and clear. A rare and desirable print. 4-45347 JL426 (500-1,000)
