CIVIL WAR ERA CAVALRY SABER. 36″ curved blade marked “C&J” on the ricasso with no other markings. 3- branch hand guard, leather wrapped handle with twisted wire with orig. nickeled iron scabbard. CONDITION: Blade is good with scattered spots. Hand guard and pommel cap with 25 -35% nickel plating; worn grip. Some wire missing. 50% nickel on the scabbard. 4-9999 (200-400)
