INSCRIBED ALLEN & THURBER PEPPERBOX. CAL: .34. 6” ribbed bbls. “John H. Taylor” engraved on top of the frame behind the hammer. SN 41 CONDITION: Gray patina overall with light to moderate pitting obscuring part of the markings. One bbl has a 1/2” lengthwise split. The grips show signs of repair but do not appear to have been sanded before re-varnishing. The bores are dark, action is good. 4-45058 FS73 (750-1,000)
