ENGRAVED MARSTON SINGLE SHOT PISTOL. CAL: 31. 5-7/8” part oct. bbl, standard 3-line marking on top of bbl. Brass frame engraved with scene of four men and a dog around a pile of rocks on the left side, light scroll on right side and hammer. SN 170. CONDITION: 40% thinning blue mixed with light surface rust and pitting with spots of heavier pitting on bbl and trigger guard. The hammer has been reblued. The grips are worn at the high spots but retain about 70% of the varnish. The bore is lightly pitted, action is fine. 4-45077 FS43 (2,000-3,000)
