JOHNSON CONVERSION MARTIAL PISTOL. CAL: 54. 8-1/2” round bbl. The bbl has a bolster conversion with brass vent plug. The hammer is a civilian type. The stock has “JH” and “HKC” cartouches. The lock is dated “1837”. NSN CONDITION: Gray-brown patina overall with light surface rust and pitting. The nose of the hammer is blown out. The stock has good inspector marks with some heavy dents at the front end and a small crack at the tail of the lock. The ramrod swivel is a possible replacement. The bore is dark, lock needs work. 4-45059 FS62 (600-900)
