HANDSCROLL AFTER WANG HUI.China, 19th century, ink on paper, depicting a mountainous landscape, inscribed, dated late spring of dingsi year, signed “Shigu Wang Hui,” with two artist’s seals and eight collector’s seals; three colophons signed “Wang Yang,” “Wang Yinjia” and “Qian Jingtang,” respectively, each accompanied by a seal; frontispiece inscribed “Qiu lin yin jut u” (picture of a recluse in the autumn woods), signed “Hong Jun,” with two seals, and two seals of the National Palace Museum (“preservation committee” and “important document, can’t be loaned).
