China, early 20th century. 1) After Wang Jihua, ink on silk, finely depicting a Taihu Rock, resting on a circular stand with calligraphic inscriptions, signed “Wang Jihua,” with one seal. 2) Calligraphy scroll in the manner of Zheng Xie, cursive script on paper, dedicated, signed “Banqiao Zheng Xie,” with four seals. SIZE: 1) 53-3/4″ x 25″. 2) 31-3/4″ x 16-1/4″. CONDITION: 1) Poor condition, tears and tapes to the back. 2) Minor loss to the edges, surface grime and some stain. 9-92456 (800-1,000)
