GROUP OF 13 JAPANESE DISHES. 18th/19th century, Japan. Group includes: six 18th century Japanese plates, one with decoration of horses in underglaze blue and five with underglaze blue and molded decoration; three plates with decoration of fish in underglaze blue; three shaped dishes, two in the form of abalone shells, and one in the form of a double gourd; and one red Kutani hexagonal bowl. SIZE: Largest: 10″ dia. PROVENANCE: From a private New York State collection. CONDITION: Minor chips. Kutani has a few small cracks. 9-92648, 9-92675, 9-92676, 9-92690, 9-92691 (1,200-1,300)
