GROUP OF FIVE IVORY CARVINGS. 19th century, China. Group of five ivory carvings to include brush holder, vase, ivory figure mounted as lamp, and elephant. Together with a Japanese brush holder with figure blowing bubbles. SIZE: Tallest is 9” t. PROVENANCE: The estate collection of Seta Chengrian. CONDITION: Some shrinkage and loss to carvings. Brush holder has crack to one side. Otherwise good. 9-91648 (500-700)
