COVERED IVORY BOX AND FUNERARY STELE. Late 19th century, China and Japan. Consists of a round carved ivory box with cover carved with a dragon, together with a silver model of a Chinese funerary stele in the form of a turtle with inscriptions. SIZE: 2-1/2” dia and 3-1/2” h respectively. CONDITION: Both are very good. 9-90550 (300-500)
