GROUP OF SEVEN CHINESE ORIENTAL RUGS. First half 20th century, China. To include a pair of oval mats of floral design on a beige ground within a blue/black border; a saddle blanket decorated with foo dogs within a dragon and phoenix border, together with a conforming mat of similar design; a pair of entry rugs with arched end woven with blue dragons on a yellow ground within a border of archaic designs, trimmed in red, together with a similar mat of conforming design. SIZE: Oval: 34″ x 25″. Saddle blanket: 49″ x 25-1/2″ with conforming 30″ x 25″. Entry rugs: 31″ x 36″ with conforming 32″ x 35-1/2″. CONDITION: Generally good with full pile but with small areas of wear and losses to borders. 7-74336 (500-700)
