CHINESE CHIPPENDALE STYLE CARVED MAHOGANY CHINA CABINET. 19th century, probably England. The rectangular cabinet fitted with glass panels on the sides, the front with a pair of cabinet glass panel doors, the frames carved in deep relief with scrolling floral garlands. Mounted on a conforming base with carved apron on short molded cabriole legs terminating in scrolled and carved stylized feet. SIZE: 65″ h x 42″ w x 16″ d. CONDITION: Cabinet retains original polished surfaces. Molded cornice absent at time of cataloging. The cabinet fitted to the carved base. 9-90147 (2,000-4,000)
