19TH CENTURY FRENCH EMPIRE MAHOGANY ARMCHAIR. With finely cast ormolu mounts and trim. Well modeled caryatid arm supports, applied acorn and leaf trim, rosettes leg cuffs, banding and feet cups. Also having satin wood string inlay decoration. SIZE: 37″ T x 17″ seat height. CONDITION: Very good condition, well patinated decoration, missing ormolu front plate on chair frame, now well upholstered in ivory velvet. 9-92138 (600-900)
