Oval red printed label “Hing Qua Portrait & Chart Painter Hong Kong” on verso of stretcher. Housed in its original carved ebonized & gilt frame. The full length oil on canvas portrait depicts a young child in red dress, white pantaloons and black shoes. Hing Qua was an artist known for Canton views and by commission he would do portraits.
