LARGE PAIR OF GARNITURE VASES. Late 19th, early 20th century, probably Germany. Possibly exhibition pieces. This large pair of garnitures having heavy gold gilt decoration with hand painted polychrome floral sprays & elaborate swan bases. The sides molded with scrolling leaf tips. Marked with spurious Meissen crossed swords in overglaze blue. SIZE: 28-1/4″ h x 19″ w and 28-3/4″ h x 18″ w. CONDITION: Very fine. 9-90007 (700-900)
