THREE FRENCH CARRIAGE CLOCKS. The first being a fine French brass case with gold wash carriage clock with four Corinthian columns and corners, beveled glass on all sides and top with flexible handle having an 8-day time, strike alarm, and repeater movement having elaborate engraved brass face and Arabic Numeral dial. The second being a French repeating carriage clock, marked on dial “A. Golay Leresche & Fils” above dial with Roman Numerals having a center rosette of red, white, blue, and green enamel. Movement repeater and alarm strikes on the hour and half-hour. The third being a French carriage clock with glass and brass embossed case and carrying handle, porcelain dial with Roman Numerals, and having 8-day time, strike and hour repeating movement, complete with travel case. SIZE: 8″ h, 7-1/2″ h, and 6-1/2″ h respectively. CONDITION: All are very good, losses to travel case of the third clock. 9-90530 (1,000-2,000)
