Early 19th century, France. The crest rail and stiles having ormolu mounts decorated with winged angles and creatures above flattened arms with fully winged carved and carved gilded caryatids. Front leg and chair rail with ormolu decoration, legs terminating in carved gilded claw feet. Back and seat with stripped upholstery. SIZE: 35-1/2″ h.
