19th century, England. All having boldly turned bases, well carved seats, turned posts with scrolling arm back rail, topped with crest rails joined to straight spindles & well carved splats. A few splats showing good burl wood detail. Constructed using a variety of woods, mostly elm & fruit woods. SIZE: Overall height ranges from 41-1/2″ to 45-1/2″; Seat height ranges from 14″ to 17-1/2″ h. CONDITION: Overall good with expected minor drying splits in seat back rail, minor restoration & drying splits to splats, 1 bent wood back with restoration & 2 bent wood backs with minor splits.
