FOUR ANCIENT ROMAN BRONZE ARTIFACTS.1)1st century A.D. Fine Roman bronze triple oil lamp on footed base. Having scrolling handle with foliate elements above the fill hole. Featuring the well modeled image of an Ammonite Zeus with horns. Excavated in the Balkans. 2)Circa 2-3 century A.D.Small well designed Roman bronze hand mirror. Frame decorated with concentric molding. Fitted with a panel of hammered bronze of a lighter color for reflection. Having a delicate turned handle. Having a fine patina. 3)1-3rd century A.D. Roman bronze Cochlearium spoon. Having tear drop shaped bowl, attached to handle with snail curl having straight slightly squared handle with finely turned finial. 4)1-2nd century A.D. Leaf shaped ritual spoon. Having leaf shaped bowl with carved reeded back and notched and turned handle. SIZE: 1) 8″ l. 2) 6″ l. 3) 5-1/2″ l. 4) 6″ l. CONDITION: 1)Very good condition with fabulous verdigris surface.
