Blaine February 7, 1860; Letter by James Phinney Baxter; Typed letter of Percival Proctor Baxter, Gov. of Maine. There is a 1-page ALS written from Washington, DC from Senator Hannibal Hamlin, May 6, 1846. CONDITION: Some letters & signatures glued to album pages, generally good. 9-90951 (500-1,000)
