6-PAGE LAND INDENTURE SIGNED BY ROBERT MORRIS JR. Robert Morris Jr., document signed, April 9, 1798. The document regards a transference of a large parcel of land from Robert Morris of Philadelphia to Thomas Fitzsimmons, Joseph Higbee, & Robert Morris the Younger. This possibly could be a result of the lawsuits brought on Morris during that time. Morris was a signer of the Declaration of Independence. SIZE: 13″ x 8-1/4″. CONDITION: Poor with reductions to edges including text & secondary signatures, stain on top section though the ink is bold and dark. 9-90950 (300-500)
