Late 19th, early 20th century, well carved head of an Eagle mounted on scalloped backboard. Having good detail to feather work and bill, probably originally decorative carving for carousel or other carnival purpose. SIZE: Backboard 21-1/2″ x 12″, eagle head 16″ long.
