PAINTED SHOESHINE, BARBERSHOP SIGN.

Circa 1880, New England. Mounted to original molded painted pine frame, vertically lettered “SHOESHINE”, against burgundy panel, surrounded with diagonal barbershop striping of red, black and white bands. Original dry painted crazed surface, frame with old mustard over original burgundy paint. SIZE: 32″ X 18″. CONDITION: Overall very good. Proper sign with minor abrasion loss, imperfections.
