THREE STONEWARE/POTTERY PITCHERS. 1) 8-1/2″ h stoneware pitcher with cobalt blue decorated relief design of leaves, maiden & festive man. 2) 7″ h German/Austrian pitcher with blue cobalt decoration showing relief stag decoration on one side with hunters with stag on the other. Around rim is a German saying translated “Who does not love women, wine and song, remains a fool his whole life long”, from a waltz by Johann Strauss, circa 1869. 3) 7″ h caramel spongeware pitcher. CONDITION: 1) Very good. 2) Small tight hairline on lip. 3) Small chip to spout. 9-92859 (300-500)
