ATTRIBUTED TO WILLIAM W KENNEDY (American, 1817-1871) CHILD IN BLUE WITH A CANE.

Oil on board laid to masonite 3/4 portrait of a young boy with blue shirt and brown pants. He wears a double strand of coral around his neck and holds a thin cane in his hands. Blue eyes, pink cheeks and his brown hair curled on top. Housed in what may be its original antique frame which has black overpaint, as found, unsigned. SIZE: 22″ x 18″. Overall: 24″ x 20-1/4″.
