SMALL BOOT REPAIR TRADE SIGN. Second quarter, 19th century, Maine. This fine double sided sign with yellow boot and shoe in black and red detail, all on a black sand painted ground beneath the banner “O.M. TURNER.” with the word “REPAIRING” beneath the boot, all within an applied yellow and black frame. SIZE: 23-1/2″ x 15-1/2″. CONDITION: One side with soiling, overall with age appropriate scuffs, abrasions and minor paint drips. Otherwise very good. 9-92068 (3,000-5,000)
