Auction: Fine Art, Asian & Antiques - August 2014 Please Note: All prices include the hammer price plus the buyer’s premium, which is paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. The prices noted here after the auction are considered unofficial and do not become official until after the 46th day. Click here to make an offer! We have just completed our auction and it was an extraordinary success. However, something we have learned in the past 45 years in the auction business is that no matter how successful a sale is, there are always some items that do not sell. At Julia's as a standard policy, immediately after an auction we post a list of everything that did not sell. If you see something that you would like to acquire, please use our automated system to submit an offer. It is important to note: 1. Some consignors may decide not to sell even if the offer is in or above estimate. Whereas some consignors might consider an offer below estimate. Please note, if your offer is accepted, it is subject to the Buyer's Premium just as it would be if you bought at the auction. Thank you for your interest in our sale and for all of your support. If you have any questions, please call. Good luck and thanks for your business. Sincerely, Jim Julia |
