1948 CHRYSLER NEW YORKER 4 DOOR SEDAN.

This car was purchased by John Cichocki in 1984 in southern California and they towed it back behind their motor-home to Norridgewock where it has resided ever since. John re-upholstered the seats and it still has the original V8 engine. The transmission was replaced in the mid ’80’s and the car was repainted tan about 20 years ago. For almost 30 years this car was used for family weddings and was featured on the cover of the book “Things That Last, a Memoir” by Betty Cichocki. It comes with a shop manual, its past registrations and other information regarding the car. Featuring fluid drive transmission (manual 1st & 2nd, automatic 3rd & 4th), suicide doors, bench seats and white wall tires. Odometer reading 21,256, VIN# 7063545.
