Late 18th century Massachusetts. Of elegant, tall proportions with serpentine flaring crest back and scrolling arms and arm supports with satin wood and ebony string inlay; the inlay following the arms to the front of the delicately tapering leg to an inlaid cuff at the base with outward scrolling back legs. The seat and back upholstered. SIZE: 45″ h x 23″ w x 27″ d.
